Our goat colostrum is obtained through a process called freeze-drying (lyophilization) where the liquid is frozen at approximately -40°C. Under low pressure (almost a vacuum), the wet component then undergoes sublimation, leaving only the dry matter. The process ends at around +40°C, making it the most gentle method, albeit economically demanding.
