After application, it is converted in the skin into the active form of vitamin A, retinoic acid. This signaling molecule instructs cells in the skin to start producing more collagen, a protein needed for firm, wrinkle-free skin. The increase in retinoic acid not only stimulates collagen production, but also helps preserve it in the skin. The retinoic acid content in the skin increases thanks to the presence of climbazole, because it inhibits the enzymes that break down this acid in the skin.

Skvalan:
An effective emollient that restores the skin’s natural barrier function and deeply hydrates the skin.

Vitamin E:
A fat-soluble antioxidant that neutralizes harmful free radicals in the skin while stabilizing retinol for maximum effectiveness.

Give your skin time to get used to vitamin A

• In the evening, apply 4 drops of INTELLIGENT RETINOL 10TR serum to cleansed face, neck and décolleté and gently blend. After absorption, apply a regular moisturizing product or facial oil.
• If you are new to retinol, use INTELLIGENT RETINOL 10TR serum twice a week for the first two weeks, every other day for the next two weeks and then every evening once your skin has got used to it.
• In the morning after applying the retinol serum, don’t forget to apply a product containing an SPF factor. For the best effect, combine with a vitamin C antioxidant serum during the day, followed by a moisturising serum and night cream in the evening.
• The 15 ml pack lasts up to 75 applications, i.e. almost 4 months of treatment.
