How our goat colostrum is obtained:

goat colostrum is processed by freezing (lyophilisation) – the liquid is frozen to about -40°C. At low pressure (near vacuum), the wet component then sublimes and only the dry matter remains. The process ends at about +40°C, so it is the most gentle way ever, although economically quite expensive.

What is the composition of colostrum and what makes it special?

As for the composition itself, colostrum has a high nutritional value, in addition to vitamins A, C, E and B12, minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and important amino acids, and specific antibodies, immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE and IgD, which bind to bacteria, viruses and fungi, helping to neutralize and then remove foreign substances from the body. Lactoferrin ensures the transport of iron in the body and is thus considered a major regulator of immunity.

Goat colostrum has a lower casein (milk protein) content than cow colostrum and is therefore easier to digest. Especially for people with milk protein allergies and children, this makes a significant difference. For milk, it has been reported that up to 93% of people who have problems digesting cow’s milk do not have this problem with goat’s milkNature is powerful and generous – goats produce more colostrum than baby goats can drink, so there is more left over for human consumption. When taken regularly, it supports immunity, helps to regenerate muscles, fight fatigue or correct indigestion.

What does goat colostrum contain?

• Immunoglobulins – helping to fight and protect against pathogenic organisms.
• Lactoferrin – providing iron transport, promoting the growth of healthy intestinal microflora and strengthening immunity.
