Amalaki – Indian Gooseberry is a natural herbal preparation with beneficial regenerative effects on the body and mind. It is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C remains in Amalaki even after cooking and drying. It also contains chromium, zinc, copper, amino acids, flavonoids and carotenoids.

Ingredients: amalaki – Embilika medicina (Phyllanthus emblica) fruit 500 mg, vegetable cellulose capsules.

Note: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to sunlight.

Recommended dosage: 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with meals. It is recommended to take for at least three months.
