Psyllium is a soluble fiber that is important for proper digestion. It is derived from a plant named Indian plantain and is especially popular among people who have digestive problems or want to promote weight loss. Fiber has an important function in the body. It acts as food for the health-promoting bacteria (prebiotic) that are essential for proper bowel function.

Ingredients per 1 capsule:Psyllium 100% 600 mg.

Dosage: 1 – 2 capsules daily after meals, with a minimum of 200 ml of liquid
