- 250,000 I.U. is a very high dose of serrapeptase, which means that the enzyme has a pronounced ability to break down protein and fibrin (a protein that is part of clots and scars).
Serapeptidase is a natural proteolytic enzyme produced by a bacterium of the genus Serratia that lives in the guts of silkworms (Bombyx mori). The gastro-resistant coating protects the enzyme from aggressive stomach acid and thus it enters directly into the small intestine, thus ensuring maximum utilization of the active substance. The proteolytic enzyme serrapeptase is produced by a controlled fermentation process by the bacterium Serratia E-15.
It helps to relieve pain, negative manifestations of inflammation and related swelling, contributes to shortening the healing time of wounds after surgery or injuries.
Ingredients per 1 tablet: serrapeptase (Serratia marcescens E-15) 110 mg which is 250 000 I.U., 100% enterosolvent-coated serrapeptase, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate.
It is free from colours, flavours, preservatives and gluten.
Dosage: 1 tablet daily half an hour before meals. /2 hours after a meal.
